Saving links, spaces and folders.
How do I save a link?
Open the Share Sheet in any app — Safari, YouTube, X, WhatsApp — and tap Kloom. You can add a note and choose a space before saving, or just save and move on. The link appears as a preview card with its title, site and icon.
Kloom isn’t in my Share Sheet
Open the Share Sheet, scroll the app row to the end and tap More, then Edit. Turn Kloom on and drag it up the list. iOS sometimes needs a minute after installing before extensions appear.
What are spaces?
Spaces keep groups of links apart — Personal, Work, Reading. Tap a tab at the top of the home screen to switch, or All to see everything at once. Add, rename and reorder them from the profile screen → Spaces.
What’s the difference between a space and a folder?
A folder lives inside a space and gathers related links so the space stays tidy. A link in a folder leaves the space’s main list. Long-press a card and choose Add to Folder, or select several cards at once.

Offline reading doesn’t work on some links
Kloom saves a clean, readable copy of an article. Sites that block readers and scrapers — X, Instagram, Reddit, most paywalled news — can’t be archived, and the app says so instead of saving a broken copy. Video and shopping pages have no article to extract either.
A card shows only the site name, no image or description
That link’s site didn’t publish preview data, or blocks it. The title, host and icon always work; the image and description are a bonus when the site offers them. You can attach your own image and a note to any card.
I deleted a link by mistake
It isn’t gone. Deleted links wait in Trash (profile screen → Trash), where you can recover them — 7 days on the free tier, 30 days with Pro.
A link I saved in the Share Sheet isn’t showing in the app
If the app was already open in the background, close and reopen it.

Where your links live, and what Pro adds.
Where is my data stored?
On your device. With Cloud Sync on, it also syncs through your own private iCloud. There is no Kloom account and no Kloom server — see the privacy policy.
I changed the Cloud Sync setting and nothing happened
Sync is decided when the app launches, so the change applies the next time you open Kloom. Close it fully and reopen.
Can I get my links out?
Yes — Pro includes Export links, which writes an HTML bookmarks file (imports into Chrome, Safari, Pocket, Raindrop) or a CSV for Numbers, Excel or Notion. Your links are never locked in.
What does Pro unlock?
Unlimited spaces, folders, link export and 30-day trash recovery. Saving links, notes, images, pinning, search and offline reading are free and always will be.
How do I cancel or restore a subscription?
Cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone; deleting the app doesn’t cancel it. If you reinstall or switch device, tap Restore on the Pro screen to bring your subscription back.
